2nd NLSIR Symposium: International Commercial Arbitration and Investment Arbitration

The 2^nd National Law School of India Review Symposium will be held on the 18^th and 19^th of April, 2009. The theme of the Symposium is “Towards Unification: Perspectives on Investment and Commercial Arbitration”; and is intended to cover international commercial arbitration as well as investment treaty arbitration. The sessions of the Symposium are as follows:

• The Expansive Role of the Indian Judiciary and its Implications
• Investment Arbitration and MFN
• The Unification Movement
