Blog Issues: New Contributor - Mr. Sharad Bansal

With a view towards ensuring broader coverage of legal issues on this blog and in order to ensure regularity of posts, we will shortly be introducing new contributors on this blog. In this connection, I am pleased to welcome Mr. Sharad Bansal as a contributor. Sharad is currently a student of the National Law School of India University, with a keen interest in constitutional as well as commercial law. In his first couple of posts, Sharad will be discussing the state of Indian arbitration law post-Bhatia.
